We at NUR Legal would like to draw your attention to the recent announcement by the CuraƧao Gaming Authority: as of 15 October 2025, displaying the orange digital seal (Certificate of Operation) on any gaming operator domain will be in breach of CuraƧao law.
From that date forward, only the new green seal may be used on licensed websites.
ā What operators MUST do
- Replace all orange seals on your domains with the official green seal
- Update your domain status in the CGA portal (from āunder sub-licenseā to āunder applicationā) to access the green seal tokens
- For domains whose license applications have been approved, make sure the initial invoice is paid so that the license is formally Granted and the green seal can be issued
