To initiate a formal cooperation with NUR Legal OÜ, full payment for the agreed legal service must be received in advance, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that NUR Legal OÜ receives the full payment. If full payment is not received, NUR Legal OÜ reserves the right not to commence or to suspend the provision of services.

Prior to entering into cooperation, the Client must notify NUR Legal OÜ of their preferred payment method so that accurate and appropriate payment details can be provided.

All fees paid to NUR Legal OÜ are non-refundable. This includes cases where:

  • The Client cancels or withdraws from the service after payment;

  • The service is delayed, suspended, or terminated for reasons beyond NUR Legal OÜ control;

  • The Client chooses not to proceed with the service after the engagement begins.

Paid fees cannot be transferred or credited toward other services unless explicitly agreed by NUR Legal OÜ in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, audio or video clips, and design — is the property of NUR Legal OÜ or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated.
